In this class students will explore all the creative ways to move their bodies.
This is a high energy class that involves young dancers using fun shapes and movement patterns. Through hip-hop and other creative dance forms, students will get exercise and an opportunity to express themselves boldly! The visual art portion will follow the dance where students will create fun-for-all visual art projects that connect the students to their creativity with many different materials. This class will start with 60 minutes of visual art followed by 60 minutes of dance. Snacks will be served.

Please Note:

Class runs on Mondays, Sept 16 through May 19th  from 4:30-6pm

Students will walk between art at the hub and dance at the studio (1.5 blocks) while being supervised by staff at all times.

No class on the following holidays: Oct 14, Nov 25, Dec 23, Dec 30, Jan 20, Feb 17, March 31, April 7

Culminating Showcase for Families: Monday, May 19th 4pm - 6pm, at the Rolando Studio

En esta clase exploraremos, jugaremos e imaginaremos todas las formas creativas de mover nuestros cuerpos. Esta es una clase de alta energía que involucra a bailarines que usan formas divertidas y patrones de movimiento. ¡A través del hip-hop y otras formas creativas de danza, los estudiantes obtendrán ejercicio y la oportunidad de expresarse con valentía! La parte de artes visuales seguirá al baile donde los estudiantes crearán proyectos de artes visuales divertidos para todos que conectarán a los estudiantes con su creatividad con muchos materiales diferentes. Esta clase comenzará con 60 minutos de artes visuales seguidos de 60 minutos de baile. Se servirán bocadillos.

Tenga en cuenta:

La clase se imparte los lunes, del 16 de septiembre al 19 de mayo, de 4:30 a 6 p. m.

Los estudiantes caminarán entre el arte en el centro y bailarán en el estudio (1,5 cuadras) mientras serán supervisados ​​por el personal en todo momento.
